The idea for Spider's Silly Show was born out of a continuing popularity for the classic Spider series. He first premiered on BBC television in 1991, commissioned by Theresa Plummer Andrews. Spider became a hit worldwide in a 5 minute musical format winning a prize at the Chicago Childrens Festival. Now he's back in a new magazine format show hosted by Andrew Sachs of Fawlty Towers fame, featuring music, stories, facts and puzzles. Spider's back and he's coming out of the bath to entertain you.
